The Vidyalaya was established in 1979 in the midst of tranquil, green valley of Nausena Baugh, Vizag, AP. The school offers the perfect ambience for learning for Classes I to XII with Commerce and Science Stream at +2 level. The Vidyalaya has 3 sections from classes I to V and 3 sections from VI to X .The Vidyalaya has been progressing in leaps and bounds with staggering strength of students and staff under the dynamic Principal Shri K. Sankaraiah. The strength of the school at present is 1238 with a faculty of 59 members. A new section is sanctioned in the Vidyalaya (class 1 to 9)   for the new Academic session 2013-14. So, Since 1 st April 2013 onwards there will be one more will be added from class 1 to 9. Due to introduction of new section Total strenght of Faculties and Students going to increase .

The instructional methodology is evolved to the interest, curiosity and iniquity in the prescribed subjects and study through integrated experience. Alongside specific emphasis is placed on inculcating the necessary traits of creativity, diligence, confidence etc in the students. The school provides ample opportunities for the students to engage themselves in a wide variety of curricular and co-curricular activities.
